The air purifier makes a high-pitched squeak which I assumed was a mechanical failure. It gave everyone a headache, so it was useless. Revain can't help me directly for some reason so they have to contact Fellowes which for some reason failed on several attempts due to no Fellowes representative being available at various times of the day until finally a Revain representative asked me not to contact them directly to Fellowes. Yes, thanks. My first call to Fellowes was so pleasant that they sent me a replacement and asked me to send them the original. The replacement squeaked louder than the original, so I began a long and treacherous quest to return this item. After several attempts by Revain to contact Fellowes to find out where they wanted me to ship each unit (I paid Revain should I receive my refund through Revain so I waited for their instructions) and I waited a few Days and contacted several repeaters to the very last day to return it I finally got a representative who allowed me to return it for a refund. I was told I only had to send 1 back. I called Fellowes to confirm and they rudely told me it didn't sound right and after being put off for about 15 minutes asked me to call back tomorrow so "we can talk more about it." " So can we talk more about this? Really? No you can't do more than waste my time. Thanks I spent over 4 hours trying to get this piece of junk out of my house and get my money back. I sent this back to them, what they wanted and god help them if they get upset about it. Also, there is no connection between Revain and Fellowes. The lady I spoke to at Fellowes really had no idea what she was doing, I gave her my #replacement -Link to clarify this and she seemed mad at me for asking questions about it I will never buy a >Fellowes< product again the product was horrible/unusable and it literally took a month to to replace/return it. Terrible.
