Cheap Made in China Crap
The screw was made in China and was obvious. tightened to 65 pounds and was very lucky that the screw didn't get fully stuck in the balancer. The engine was on the dyno getting ready to run for a customer and it could cost hours of frustration and money. Overall I am very disappointed.
