The team at PR is very responsive when you need them! They are always willing to help out in any way they can be of assistance - even if it's just an email or phone call away from their office hours! I've never had problems getting answers for my questions quickly (if not immediately), nor have i ever been disappointed by anything that has come through this process so far. It would also benefit me greatly as well because we're able to get our data faster than other sources which allows us time to make changes before launching new products/services.
