Good customer service not a very popular product
Excellent customer service but the item broke they sent a replacement and it broke again quickly, 4.5 year old twins broke quickly, the pieces didn't hold together so it was hard for me to say if I would ever buy them again, I actually tried gluing the replacement part with replacement parts from the first one to keep it that way stays together ends don't come apart easily but unfortunately the caps broke, the plastic wasn't thick enough so went in the trash. sad how the kids loved it but the customer service was great.
