The ideal size for a full bed

My springs are not the most expensive and make the mattress sag. Bought this product. I run the length that is perfect. Makes the box spring beds very strong. I don't have to worry about the mattress sagging. One thing I did was attach it to the box springs so it doesn't move when I turn the mattress.
