So.at first the Lifeproof cases for the Iphone 11 had an oily look on the screen when the back light was off. Even when the light was on you could see it at the right angle.So, IT WAS NOT OIL, it was just a bad fit and the spots where the screen touched contrasted with the ones that did not. I still love the cases and purchased them. This latest set I bought, no longer exhibits the problem! I'm very happy with it. Good job lifeproof!Otherwise, some things to think about. If you are too rough on the case the water proof feature will stop working. I'm very rough on it. What doesn't stop working is the amazing protection. I literally drop my phone from a truck, on to gravel and asphalt, multiple times a week and the phone is like new still. It's pretty impressive.
