I wanted a shirt with a long sleeve stand-up collar that I could wear under a t-shirt as a paramedic. This shirt seems to work well but have only tried it on so far. The important thing is the size. I usually take 2XL length shirts and didn't know what to order with this product. I'm 6'4", 200 pounds, 42" chest, 36" sleeves, 38" waist and 16" neck. I ordered XL and XXL for comparison. The XXL model was barely an inch longer than the body and sleeves (more like 3/4" actually), while the width of the body was almost the same on both. I like the slightly loose fit, especially when it breaks in, so I'll stick with size XXL for future orders. If you like a slimmer fit and a vaguely tight size I would go for XL The collar seems a little loose but not too much Will be added after a few washes.
