The best part of this experience was the delivery, they were here 3 days and I don't even have prime. However: I literally couldn't see them as they refused to connect to my phone. The case doesn't show the actual numbers from 1 to 100, they're all jumbled up and no matter how much I charge, the earbuds don't move in relation to their "charged" status, they always show 2/3 charged. The company is willing to provide a better pair for testing. I would be delighted as I was very happy to try the Airpod Pro alternative but after trying to use it for the last 12 hours or so I ended up. If it's a finished product, stay away. The only positive thing about this product is that they fit better than regular rubber cap earbuds as my ears normally only allow me to use regular Apple earbuds. I wanted so badly to like and use these but literally couldn't.
