This is a good sturdy compressor. The sturdy hard case, complete with a set of tire plugs, is a big bonus. Do yourself a favor and toss a small tube of rubber glue in your suitcase to make installing the tire cap easier. I keep it in my RV in case I break down somewhere far away. I particularly like the screw connection for connecting the hose to the tire valve stem. No clamps or fancy quick releases, just a simple threaded chuck. If you use this compressor regularly you may need a quicker way to mount it, but for occasional use it's very comfortable and leak-free. You will appreciate this when you have a large tire that needs pumping up. I encountered two small problems, which of course are not decisive. 1) The sensor consistently read about 20psi compared to several other sensors I have. It's okay, but I didn't have time to exchange it for another one. 2) The battery terminal adapter socket is a bit light compared to the strength of the rest of the kit. The compressor can draw up to 20A, which is too much for most cigarette lighters and will blow fuses. Better connect directly to the battery. I modified my compressor by connecting the battery terminals directly (with built in fuse) instead of the adapter that came with it. Don't let these little problems discourage you. For the price I'm very impressed.
