Does not work: my feedback

I just received my new seat heater and it does not work. I'm using it inside, not in a car. The light blinks when I sit on it. I can't see any color change while in manual mode. The light appears to turnoff when I stand up, but never heats up when I'm sitting on it and no combination of button presses makes it heat up either. Contacting support directly.Update: Worked with support and they sent a new seat cover. SAME THING. It blinks when I site down and never heats up. Returning.

I work in a cold office and this is so nice and toasty! I love the automatic feature too! The only reason I gave it a four instead of a five star is because the cord. Since it comes out of the seat in the front, I have to be careful not to roll over it with my chair wheels. I wish the cord came out of the side instead. Otherwise I love this seat so far!
