Perfection- does fit a little big

Absolutely in love with this dress. Bought it as a surprise for my daughter to wear to our nieces production of frozen. It was a hit. My daughter is 7 months old and this is large on her I got 6-9 months. So that was too be expected but I do feel it fits more 9-12. But it was still absolutely precious, and my daughter loved playing with the skirt!
