Like many others, I received a non-working remote control. I quickly emailed them asking for a replacement and they required me to send a photo or video. Since the photo doesn't work, I decided to send a video. I had to crop and compress the video as Revain doesn't accept files larger than 10MB. After I finally finished editing and submitted it, I knew that Revain didn't allow video uploads. Why did they tell me to do all this when I can only send messages through Revain? You should have emailed me direct! In the end they gave me a link to buy another remote control. What an unprofessional way of dealing with a customer. I first bought christmas lights for my first dear daughter but without remote control it is useless. There's no brightness adjustment, no timer and the worst part is I have to walk and kneel and stretch my arm to reach the extender deep inside to turn it on and off, which I have to do multiple times a day (for my safety the Little ones I used an extension cord behind the TV stand). Plug design is complete nonsense. You will understand when you receive them. It's amazing to see that they continue to sell this broken product despite all these complaints and reviews. Strange. Good luck with your purchase, future buyers. There is a high possibility that you will receive a non-working remote control.
