This vest is very lightweight, easy to wear and adjust. I usually wear plus size men's athletic shirts for New Balance and most t-shirts, but I can wear some medium sizes as well. This vest fits right out of the box and I don't have to adjust the side velcros. It was a little weird putting my arms in at first and probably should have opened up the settings a bit to make it easier for my arm/elbow to slide underneath, but for first impressions it was good. My torso is a little longer than I would like the shirt to be, but since it's a vest and it's so light, you won't even notice or care about the height if you adjust it properly. It's super bright and I appreciate the extra reflective parts. I will use it for my runs in urban/suburban conditions, mostly at dusk or at night, and for my bike rides. It's so thin and light that I don't expect it to make warm weather sessions uncomfortable or hotter, but I won't be able to confirm that for a few months. I might consider buying a second bike for my spouse when we cycle on local roads with shared bike lanes.
