I have used this product several times with different types or brushes and several different sizes. I think the product is great for small brushes (like eyeshadow brushes or other small brushes). However, when I use large brushes (e.g. foundation brushes or other dense brushes), product rotation has difficulty and eventually the brush falls out. Tips to help: Make sure the device is fully charged, there shouldn't be a lot of water in the bowl and make sure you're using the tightest collar. I will continue to use this product and love that it is so quick and easy!
- IMPROVED BOWL: Compared to the normal bowl in the original makeup brush cleaning and drying set, this upgraded bowl is made of hygienic plastic and will not break. bigger, stronger and more stable. Alternatively, you can simply rub the brush against the bottom of the raised grain bowl to temporarily clean the brush when the brush cleaner battery is dead. (2 AAA batteries not included)
