Review on 🔥 Aven 17530 Soldering Iron Holder featuring Brass Coil Tip Cleaner by Deelo Sylvester

Understandably arrived with a small brass cup crushed on one side. This was NOT a packaging error as it would have been impossible to crush it itself due to mishandling in packaging for shipping or in transit (the damage was caused and apparently covered up by an employee of the manufacturer). I can't find Aven's contact information. I hope they see this and find a way to get me a replacement brass cup for the tip cleaner. Otherwise it looks perfectly functional. Update: Aven only sells a small brass cup and brass wire. calf separately. Revain wanted to refund the purchase price of this entire unit, but they only refunded the part I needed. Very quick reply. I will say that my attempt at reshaping the brass cup (the one I have looks like it was jammed in a device at the factory and the QA couldn't find the defect) and failure speaks volumes about its durability . This little bug is one tough cookie. I look forward to many years of hobby work with it.
