Overall it's good but I expect more, there are some downsides.
Noise canceling cannot be used. Well, there on the street, in transport: an overload from any little boys of loud sound. In addition, the noise reduction power works in steps, independently by each "ear" separately. The sound floats. The native application works disgustingly.
