Have ordered this speaker before. It's a great system. I used it to build a speaker cooler for a friend. Without the shipping to and from it would have been 5 stars. Ordered from PricePro. Estimated delivery date was between 16.08. and the 21.08. The product arrived just ten days after the end of the delivery time. Repeated emails to customer service lead to shenanigans at first. The tracking number was only generated in the 5th email 7 days after the delivery end date. Previously I was told in order - 1. a search is made where the product is in the delivery process (this has never happened before), 2. the search is still ongoing, 3. the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer (when I found the Buyer reminded that the product description says it is in stock (that history has changed) 4. New customer service was then engaged and was helpful. The product will finally be shipped 7 days after the end of the estimated delivery date with a tracking number. I'll give them one more chance, just make sure it's not an emergency. Hope for better service next time. . .
