This thing is just a gift from God. Along with a vertical mouse and a proper sitting OR standing position, this keyboard eliminates all of the releasable neck, back, shoulder, finger and chest strains caused by heavy typing/computer use. I'm 46 years old, I'm a writer. I can type 8 to 10 hours a day, 6 days a week without pain. (Now I can. When I was 30 and using traditional chairs, keyboards, and mice, there was a point where I couldn't work for more than 10 minutes without a blinding headache.)
