10 Years of Love - Computers and Accessories

I switched to the KB600 this year after a cat knocked over a cup of coffee in the KB500. The KB500 didn't have a Cherry ml switch in the function keys. For me it's number 3. I've used the first two keyboards for 20,000 hours, yes, over 10 years. I warn you that the plastic underneath the kb500's palm rests is smooth after 4 years. This year I upgraded to the KB600 after a cat knocked over a cup of coffee in the KB500. The KB500 didn't have a Cherry ml switch in the function keys. The upgrade…

Weapons of the Gods in Computers & Accessories

I bought this thing because I had RSI on my forearms and severe pain in my wrists. Little did I know it would ease that pain and tell me I had other issues that weren't already hurting me. My wife often comes to my office to chat and talk and usually she is my shoulder. After using this puny beast, she noticed how relaxed my shoulders were. Then it struck me that I lost my shoulder and neck. Little did I know I was on my way to screwing up my shoulders too! I also didn't know how much better it

Disclaimer: I'm a good typist and have been using this keyboard every day for the past three months. These are my conclusions. OK, what I liked: The position of the hands is really perfect. The keys are also of good quality and have a pleasant feel. What I didn't like - 1. The built-in memory immediately deteriorated, and the support answer about its recovery was only for Windows users. After a week of waiting and several email exchanges, I got a reply, but I just didn't have the time or…

Great keyboard!

The keyboard is excellent. I suffer from tingling in my wrists and thumb joints (I'm a mobile developer and spend at least 8 hours a day on the keyboard, sometimes up to 16). After a day on this keyboard I had no more tingling or pain. As soon as I go back to the old keyboards, the pain returns. There's definitely a learning curve and I'm still not up to my full typing speed after a few weeks. Coding is the hardest part as you are using keys that you wouldn't use in normal typing and they are…

A touch of modernity for the iPad Pro

I'm a big fan of the Kinesis Ergo keyboard. I have one that I bought over 10 years ago, Professional, that still works perfectly. When I decided to expand my experience with the iPad (and other computers), I chose a different Kinesis Ergo. It works great when connected via the QGeeM USB-C adapter. The keyboard doesn't disappoint, the brown switches are nice and crisp with a touch of softness. It's nice to see that they replaced the soft rubber function keys with nice mechanical switches. If you

As good as I had hoped.

I've been watching this keyboard for years. I've always preferred a split/ergonomic keyboard, but I also prefer mechanical key switches. I've tried most ergonomic keyboards, the MS 4000 (nice, but oversized and horribly curved switches) and its predecessor, the newer Sculpt model (good basic design, short-lived keys, and some stupid functional options). and arrow keys) and so on. So I finally bit the bullet and decided it was time to try this and it's pretty cool. But be prepared for a period…

Save your life

This thing is just a gift from God. Along with a vertical mouse and a proper sitting OR standing position, this keyboard eliminates all of the releasable neck, back, shoulder, finger and chest strains caused by heavy typing/computer use. I'm 46 years old, I'm a writer. I can type 8 to 10 hours a day, 6 days a week without pain. (Now I can. When I was 30 and using traditional chairs, keyboards, and mice, there was a point where I couldn't work for more than 10 minutes without a blinding…

I am a programmer. So I type a lot of code, mostly in Java. (Update: C#) This is an absolutely amazing invention. I just can't tell you how much I love him. The buttons are responsive. The design is great and it looks like a rocket. I've been using it for about a week. The first few days of typing on it were pretty darn tough. I wanted to die. But now, a week later, I can type even faster than on my previous keyboard. Now when I use my laptop keyboard, I feel like my hands are on a child's toy.
