The Jidue Therapy Face and Eye Massager turned out to be a non-functional piece of plastic with several signs posing as the useless work of an irresponsible manufacturer: - The item comes with a 4" x 4" one page manual with multiple grammatical and spelling errors and no clear instructions on how to use the massager. - Requires 2 not so common AAA batteries (not included). So I had to make an extra trip to the store to get AAA batteries. - After I turned on the massager it only worked for 20 seconds, turned it on again, got another 20 seconds and continued with the same disappointing pattern. - No button controls worked to set time or heart rate to desired setting. - The so-called manual does not contain a customer service number or email address to contact the company for recommendations. - I didn't really have time to repackage it and send it back to Revain only to get a part of the cost back minus the restocking fee. I ended up with a clumsy and useless piece of rubber and plastic worth over $100. - I am very disappointed that Revain is marketing products of this caliber without proper product quality control or company investigation. I list this experience as a lesson learned that I should only buy products from reputable companies and if I can help, buy from regular stores where you have a point of contact and a guarantee to simply return or replace products that don't work. .
