The ability for customers who are not yet loyal with us, or have been inactive in our program but still want rewards - they can be given entry into programs that we offer without having an account set up themselves! This is very helpful when you're trying out new products/services as it allows them access before committing fully so there's no risk of being disappointed by something once their committed (and potentially spend money). I wish this was available sooner than after purchase rather then months later like other companies do now-a days!! We've seen some great results since implementing these features within one year ago. Our most engaged consumers enjoy getting discounts at local businesses because those benefits aren't offered elsewhere; plus many people love receiving free samples which helps get word about what services & brands will benefit others too :) Great tool if used correctly. ! It has helped grow my business significantly over last few years even though i'm just 1 person doing everything myself compared.
