I've read that other reviewers have mentioned that the foil that appears on the table top is difficult to remove. You are not joking! These tables are exactly as described, fairly sturdy and natural wood but I can never remove all of the cellophane from the underside of the table which is a shame. The top of the table was wrapped in cellophane and then they attached the hardware (legs and such) to the bottom of the table. All you can do is cut it off and remove most of it, and that requires an exacto knife and a lot of patience. Much luck.
