Review on CWDash by Carlos Chan

I like how easy it is to use. I also like how it lets you customize things as you need them. Some functions are a little difficult to find but it's not that big of a deal. Overall I think it's worth using. The benefits for me have been helping me organize my work schedule and keep track of things that I'm doing at any given time. It has also helped me make sure I don't miss any meetings or important client calls. I like how easy it was to configure as we were new into this solution. The support from connectwise also help us a lot during our implementation journey. At least for now I don't have any complains about cwdash so far but maybe there are some features which could be improved upon. We used this software mainly to track our clients activity on our sites using cookies.
