Received these for my 9 year old skiing and the first time they were fine. Mind you, it was about 40. In the 3rd half when the temp was in the mid 30's he said his fingers got cold. 4. Time out. they began to soak with water and you could see small holes forming in the palms of the hands. So if you are planning on letting your child do winter sports, even tubing, I advise you to stay away from them. The stitching is good but doesn't hold up.
