Works great for the price
Everything has worked perfectly so far. It doesn't overheat or burn the wax (at least in my experience). I received all the parts and everything was in good condition when it arrived. Wax balls smell like car tires, but don't smell like they're melted, so you're fine. But I will say that it removes thicker hair better than hair on the thinner side.
