I like how easy it was set up with my existing CRM system (Salesforce). The customer support team at this time has been great! They are quick in responding when questions arise or problems do occur during implementation of our new systems/platforms which helps keep things moving forward smoothly without any issues as far back office goes - we have all three departments using different platforms so having one central place where everyone can see what needs addressed next keeps us organized well into 2018 & beyond!!
