I make some coasters with resin/alcohol ink. That being said, I want to have good soft support for them. My coasters also have a galactic theme so black was a must. I've found them to work very well. The sticky part sticks very well to the resin. I can put 3 coasters (each 4 inches in diameter) on the sticky part and then cut around them with a utility knife. I could probably fit 4 coasters but that would mean the knife would be very tight so I avoided that. The felt is very soft, prevents stretching and the sticky part seems to stick well. Works very well for this application.
