Terrible design. The top lid falls off and doesn't stay on the kettle, and if you tilt it as you pour it will recline and fall out. To make matters worse, since the kettle's spout is high (up), you have to turn the pot at an acute angle to pour out all the water. There is a possibility of hot water overflowing from above and burning your hand. And even if you hold the lid with your other hand (which defeats the purpose I bought this item for) hot water can still leak out of the lid. This is a really useless product. After all, the thing is badly done.
