Installed after I figured out how to work around my stearing wheel cover. Just slide it under it duh? I took off that plastic feeling insert pice and trashed it before finding out what it was because no one . Mentions it. Do not throw away the clear plastic soft type feeling insert. It keeps it from moving front and back. Now I just use a piece of silicone it works.
