Cheaply made but effective

These balloons seem to inflate longer than they billow in the middle. They are made of latex and have a very slight odor when placed on the face. This is a very small amount of latex powder that you may feel on your hands after making the balloon, but it will help prevent crackling and squeaking as you roll it up. It's cheaply made, but it serves its purpose. Much better price than my local party store.
