Great service and attention from knowledgeable staff

I like that we have someone to talk with about our business needs as well as technical considerations or questions. They are proactive in helping us understand what can be done for us. It takes time for them to really get you where you want to go but they will work hard until it's right! There isn't much at this point since everything has been so successful thus far. We just started using IronSight - haven’t had any problems there yet but still early days so not sure how things might evolve/change over months of use.

Pros
  • Honestly no one is doing anything close enough (in terms customer service) anywhere else within my industry here locally; all others do very little if nothing newswise which helps me keep up to date quickly by providing summaries monthly instead having an arduous task every couple weeks researching stuff myself again from scratch only after receiving summary reports..they know who does great reporting
