Well, I usually swim 3 times a week in a public/municipal pool for about an hour each time. For years I have been pretreating my hair and skin before bathing, I use dechlorinated shampoo (2x), then conditioner, body lotion, face moisturizer, and eye cream (you know, eyeglass stains). described as "before" and "after" swimming. no At 5:50 p.m., we (I) let the pre-swim product be something like a mineral-based waterproof sunscreen or just a premium body lotion; but that's just me Maybe you have the money or your skin problems are so bad that you don't mind the price. Now that we're past the sticker shock of just over 5 ounces of product, let's talk about the product itself. Here and now, and the last thing you want to do is over-hydrate yourself and make yourself even hotter. ; this material is so rich that it was enough. The top leg received a 2 inch strip of product and the bottom leg received a 1 1/2 inch strip of product. Again enough (and these were not thick strips (pomace) of the product, they were stingy). After a few hours my skin becomes silky and smooth. but not sticky, sticky, sweaty or hot. Smell: They have prevailed for me. It's light, comfortable and I'd say gender neutral. Smell is very important to me. Why? The public pool is overly chlorinated "as a precaution," which makes my sinuses stand out. A product that smells too strong sends me into an endless cycle of sneezing and misery. I suspect this product will not cause this problem for me (thankfully our municipal pool is not currently "rechlorinated"). As I mentioned, the price is a bit confusing to me; I would like it to be around $12.00 see but it's just me.It's a really good product so if budget isn't an issue for you I would highly recommend it.Thanks two thumbs up.
