Beautifully made, great tool, totally impressed.

I bought the boning knife for my father, the BBQ master, as a Christmas present. He LOVED it! Beautifully made, the weight to it was nice and fit perfectly in his hand. It was also very sharp when he used it for the first time. Also, I wasn't aware when I made the purchase that the company is a team of deaf people, who donate profits to help with medical expenses for deaf children. How amazing! I couldn't imagine a really expensive knife that could be better than this product. I probably will be buying again the next time I'm looking for the perfect knife.

Most sharp and best piece in my moms kitchen.

The blade is not strong enough to withstand heavy use
