Bought three of these for the garage last week. There were regular LED bulbs that weren't that bright. Thought it might help and they did. Super bright! Fills the garage with light. What a huge difference. The only downside is that they are so bright you don't want to look directly into them. My wife did this when I left to show her the improvement and she had to close her eyes. Luckily, you can move lights around to light up an entire room. I am impressed. So impressed I'm ordering 12 more for the whole basement; ) UPDATE 08/10/18 After a positive experience with three garage lights, I bought 12 more - yes, 12 - for the basement. The difference between day and night. There's a massive amount of light down there, and the only downside I can see so far is that you don't have to look directly into the bulb given how bright it is. But they don't generate much heat, and all 15 lightbulbs worked right away (12 in the basement, 3 in the garage). VERY happy with the purchase.
