Well, it's very interesting to see how similar (or identical) this mouse is to Anker's vertical mouse. In the picture, the left is Perixx Perimice-513L, the right is Anker. They are exactly the same except the anchor is right handed and uses a slightly better material. Perixx was $14.99 and Anker was $22.99. I don't know how the prices differ, but Anker's matte material is better for hand grips. In any case, they are ergonomic and I like them. Since I have carpal tunnels in both hands, I use two mice. They help relieve my arm pain. The reason I chose the star is because my first one was defective and detected motion even when the mouse was not in use. This kept my computer from sleeping and often showed the control panel on video. The second is fine so far. All in all I would recommend this mouse.
