Product support is terrible, setup is a pain.
Real SIM Gear gns530 is tedious to get it working properly. I've contacted Real SIM Gear support twice and I'm still having trouble getting it to work. The device itself looks great. However, there are issues with setup and product support is via email. They obviously care little if their product is user-friendly and don't care much about helping if there's a problem with their guide. They sent me a link to a video of the same video that I watched on YouTube a few times and other people watched it too and tried to tweak it. Obviously this is not user error. I built my PC a month ago with Flight Sim 2020 in mind and I have Windows 10 Pro. I have no reason why this shouldn't work. Real SIM Gear has to collect their ducks in a row.
