The customer support team at signal was very helpful throughout our implementation process. They were always available to answer questions or provide guidance if needed. We have had no issues with their product as of yet but I am sure there will be some along the way which they are ready for. Their system has made managing workflows so much easier than before! Before using this tool we used email signatures that didn't look professional enough nor did it make sense what each signature meant exactly since sometimes multiple people in one department would use them all together. Now though when someone wants something from another person (such as forwarding information) you can just do a few clicks instead of writing out long emails explaining everything over again. It's also helped us keep track of who has been working where without having to search through individual files. You'll definitely want to try it! Using this program helps increase efficiency by not wasting time typing up new documents every time you need to.
