The customer support team at signal was very helpful throughout our implementation process. They were always available to answer questions or provide guidance if needed. We have had no issues with their product as of yet but I am sure there will be some along the way which they are ready for. Their system has made managing workflows so much easier than before! It's easy to use for my business needs - I have no complaints about it at all! The price of this service has been very reasonable in comparison with other providers that offer similar products or more expensive options from larger companies (eBay). Nothing really stands out as being bad except maybe some minor UI issues here-and there but nothing major either way so not much room for improvement unless you're looking into something specific like security etc which we don't do right now anyway.

I really like the ability to stay updated about my clients business even if i am away from work this also helps me with getting back in contact quickly when needed at any time of day or night. The fact that you can customize your dashboard so different individuals have their own view depending upon what they are working on/want to see etc makes it super easy for everyone involved as well! The platform has been easy to implement and use as it integrates with our other systems without any problem at all.
