I did something to my Achilles tendon on my right foot. One of my friends thought it was because I was wearing shoes with no support. I bought some Athletic shoes (Reebok) I checked Walmart for othotic inserts and found these Dr. Foot 3/4" length orthotic insoles. These little babies are terrific! I'm able to actually walk on my foot now without limping if I don't do distance walking. I still ice my ankle some nights but I can honestly say these insoles really helped me ALOT!
