Makes the printer useless

I bought it twice. Both times the blue one is defective and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. The problem is that the printer cannot be used if it is not in the box. When it's in the drawer, all printed pages will have smudges or worse, making them unusable (professional quality). So if you use this product after a short period of time, the use of the printer will be disabled. Aggravating. I won't buy a third time.
