Black set fabric is not 100% cotton; it's easy to say Also, the prints are poorly done. There are size differences between the two sets, although they should be the same (2t). Both pants are too tight at the waist. That's probably why people order large sizes. However, cotton pajamas must fit snugly for fire safety reasons. Buying larger sizes defeats the purpose. Finally, there is no fabric label or washing instructions on the pajamas, and no such instructions have been found in the packaging. I find that strange and schematic. All garments have washing instructions; why not this one?
