I ordered this item through Prime, however there was some inconsistency in the product description, namely the ends were silver metal not red like in all the ads I've seen for the JKS 9800. I called JKS and spoke to Jeff who goes to the guy specifically for the JKS 9800 and he said they never built this product with silver ends. Also, I installed the tie rod yesterday and it has already started leaking on the chassis side. Avoid those that broadcast through GA's Prime. Edit: I removed the panel to send it back and it already failed and won't adjust.
