The ability to get up quickly when things go wrong is super helpful! You can customize your hosting package exactly how you want it with everything from what software gets installed automatically (vs needing additional config) all the way down to CPU usage limits. They're constantly improving their services so we've seen great improvements in speed over time - not perfect but still better than our previous host which was very slow for us. It's hard to beat the price point though if they were more expensive I'm sure there would be less complaints about speeds/availability. Having access to multiple VPS servers at once which are able to run independent instances of apps helps scale out applications that might otherwise struggle. The cost isn't too bad either since its just like having dedicated resources instead of shared ones. I like the fact that it's cheap and easy to host and setup. The customer support is also great. It's not too expensive either so it's good for small websites. I don't think there's anything I dislike about the service, but maybe that's because I'm new to this type of hosting. It's really easy to use and get up and running with WordPress very quickly if you have no experience. I'm using it as an inexpensive way to host my blog.
