The product works perfectly, see the photo below. Researched many different species and had a horrible experience playing Mothers Back to Black. I approached it very carefully. The support team responded quickly to my questions and did their best to answer them. A small family business that has a great product that does what it's supposed to do. Just put it on yesterday, let's see how it works in the long run. But I thought my wings were hopeless, now they look brand new. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
