Small moleskin style notebook with no price moleskin. Standout features include three pages of content to fill out, unobtrusive page numbers at the bottom left or right of each page, and a few perforated pages at the end in case you need to delete a page for some reason. The first page is for you to write your name and address in case it gets lost, and there's space for a date at the top of each page - as someone who obsessively dates everything I write, I find this very handy. The lines in the notebook are sharp enough for average eyesight to see, but thin enough not to distract from the text written there. There is a small pocket binder built into the back flap, but I personally only use it to store the archival stickers that came with the laptop.
