I was having trouble using an old fabric sewing tape to measure my body. When I returned to My Fitness Pal with my new Amazfit Band 5 tracker, I decided to get some new walking shoes and a tape measure that folds automatically. It is great. And it's good that it's in metric, because my tracker only accepts body measurements in metric. I like it. And the brown case looks almost like leather. The only thing that could have been better would be if the little tab had an eyelet so you could hang the tape measure on the hook when not in use.
