Model 1699 came with two of these...3" and 4". It's 4 inches. 3" - Hard patch 015-9155. It fits and works like the original but without the pull tab to hold the transparent part that kept breaking. Except hollow "wings" are added for some reason. (red ones arrows in the photo). They won't let it fit in the built-in memory. I didn't realize it, I tried to insert the clips and they broke. There's nothing more annoying than buying parts for something that one breaks a large part, I suppose sanding it down with a dremel tool or something like that would work (orange dotted line), but it's too late for me!
