I had to replace the hose on my spot cleaner due to damage and decided to buy a new head in the meantime. This is wider than the original and works perfectly.

I bought this because I lost the attachment. It's identical, just 1 inch wider and works the same way. Of course I found my original prefix later, but I prefer the new one.

Unfortunately I messed it up and thought it would fit my old Bissell Big Green machine but it didn't. Too bad I didn't understand the difference before ordering. Regardless, it's a well-made piece and I WISH it matched my old green car. Luckily returning it to Amazon was easy and quick. Thanks amazon

I was about to throw away my ancient Bissel Little Green Clean Machine when the spray pin hole in the nozzle became clogged and wouldn't work despite soaking. I did a little research on the Bissell website and found this tool (but I ordered from Revain to save on shipping). It fits perfectly and serves its purpose. I saved my old Bissel car from the junkyard.

My Bissell never came with an upholstery tool and I had to clean hard to reach places that Bissell couldn't teach. This tool worked great and was easy to fit into the hose extension. Spray works well. I've used it twice so far. It took me 3 hours to clean the sofa and 2 seater, but the whole bissell system worked like clockwork and I didn't have to spend $150 or more to have it professionally cleaned! I recommend this tool and even the entire bissell shampoo machine it is attached to.

Model 1699 came with two of these...3" and 4". It's 4 inches. 3" - Hard patch 015-9155. It fits and works like the original but without the pull tab to hold the transparent part that kept breaking. Except hollow "wings" are added for some reason. (red ones arrows in the photo). They won't let it fit in the built-in memory. I didn't realize it, I tried to insert the clips and they broke. There's nothing more annoying than buying parts for something that one breaks a large part, I suppose sanding
