ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. for scrapbooking and stamping

I have bought this from several bloggers and YouTubers but I really regret it. I don't know how anyone can recommend something so terrible and ineffective. There were stickers all over the vinyl so you can't even use most of it. Also, it's too tight. It fizzes as soon as it opens. I blew bubbles and nothing helped. The vinyl was still junk and blistered when cut. Nothing sticks! regret it
