In this price range this stand is not a problem. It offers two mounting options and both work well (I decided to drill a small hole in my desk) as others have commented that the stand is heavy and solid. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, although it's easier to mount the monitor with two people (one tightens while the others hold the corner). I personally removed part of one of the brackets to allow the monitor to sit flush with the wall and it was a very easy process. The only complaint is that the cord organizers were very difficult to open (using the included hex keys to open them makes the process that much easier).
